Anthropic is rolling out an enhanced beta of the Projects feature for Claude Code, allowing the assistant to track dependencies, manage API keys and environment settings, and distribute tasks across multiple parallel cloud threads. Claude can also review the outputs produced by those threads once they finish. The capability is available to subscribers on the Pro, Max, and Ultra plans, which now provide unified access to Claude Code. The rollout began around mid-September 2026, with existing projects migrated automatically and no data loss for some paying users. Pro costs $20 per month, Max costs $100 and provides five times Pro’s usage, while Ultra costs $200 and offers ten times Pro’s weekly usage along with the removal of the five-hour session limit for verified accounts.
