Binance aims to restore withdrawals for all remaining unavailable tokens and affected networks by the end of next week. The exchange has been reopening withdrawals in phases since November 1 following a late-October 2026 security incident and has already restored access to more than 62 tokens. On November 1, it recorded net outflows of approximately $3.64 billion, based on $4.649 billion in withdrawals and $1.01 billion in deposits. Binance says it has replenished about 95% of the affected assets through its reserves, including its Secure Asset Fund for Users. ETH, USDT and USDC withdrawals were prioritized, while deposits remained available throughout the recovery.
