ZetaChain has opened a vote on shutting down its layer-1 blockchain, expected around Dec. 9. Staked and unbonding ZETA holders would be eligible to submit claims related to the shutdown. Exchanges would set their own conversion windows. The vote is intended to take place before the chain is shut down.
