Brazilian platform Mercado Bitcoin will restore customer account access on Monday following a hack that resulted in the theft of more than $46 million in assets. Customers will initially be able to review their balances, statements, holdings and investments, while transfers, withdrawals and trading will remain suspended. To support its operations, Mercado Bitcoin also benefits from a $20 million investment by stablecoin issuer Tether.
