Super Micro Computer posted net sales of $19.9 billion in the first quarter of fiscal 2027, up 298% year over year and 79% from the previous quarter. Its GAAP net income reached $1.594 billion, while AI-related solutions generated 71% of revenue, or approximately $14.7 billion. For fiscal 2027, the company now forecasts revenue between $72 billion and $82 billion, compared with its previous range of $65 billion to $72 billion. However, a 12.8% non-GAAP gross margin, an operating cash outflow of $434 million and debt exceeding available cash by $1.7 billion are limiting investor enthusiasm. Revenue concentration is another concern, with one large customer accounting for 44% of sales, as the company targets production of more than 8,000 racks per month by December 2026.
