Brad Garlinghouse described XRP and RLUSD as complementary assets serving different roles, with XRP supporting liquidity and cross-border transactions while RLUSD facilitates stablecoin transactions. RLUSD’s total supply surpassed $2.5 billion for the first time, but its supply on the XRP Ledger fell by more than 30% to $850 million in 30 days. Meanwhile, its supply on Ethereum rose by more than 34% to $1.7 billion, bringing nearly 70% of its total supply to that network. At the same time, 2,147 wallets held at least one million XRP, a 2026 high following the addition of 28 wallets in 10 days. The data indicates growing institutional-scale interest in XRP while RLUSD shifts from the XRP Ledger to Ethereum.
