US-listed spot Bitcoin exchange-traded funds recorded combined net outflows of $398.6 million on November 2, according to Farside Investors’ daily fund table. BlackRock accounted for most of the redemptions, with approximately $405.3 million withdrawn from its IBIT fund, while Fidelity recorded $6.7 million in inflows for its FBTC fund. The figure followed net outflows of $643.2 million on October 30, but does not identify the investors involved or their motivations. The data measure creations and redemptions of ETF shares, not trading volumes across the entire Bitcoin spot market, and therefore do not by themselves establish forced liquidations or financial stress, particularly given the concentration in IBIT.
