Aave launched USDC incentives on November 2 through its V4 platform on Base, reducing the cost of borrowing USDC against tokenized stocks. The rewards are intended to attract new users and strengthen Aave’s position in decentralized finance. However, AAVE fell 6.16% over 24 hours amid continued selling pressure. A whale sold 184,203 AAVE worth $25.5 million over the past ten days, while the hacker behind the $40 million Mercado Bitcoin theft still holds 12,820 AAVE valued at $1.61 million. The token is trading below the midpoint of its $118.4 to $139 range, and a break below the $113 to $120 zone would confirm a bearish trend.
