Recall Foundation will liquidate the project and its subsidiary, Recall Labs, after announcing on October 30, 2026, the destruction of approximately 358,562,442 RECALL tokens, representing 35.86% of the initial supply of one billion tokens. The tokens will be transferred to an inaccessible address, permanently reducing the circulating supply to about 641.4 million RECALL, while staked tokens will be exempt from the burn. Holders will receive no compensation, distributions, or buybacks. An estimated $3.7 million in stablecoins and fiat will be earmarked for creditors and wind-down costs, with all remaining funds expected to run out after debts are paid. The Recall Network app will become read-only on November 30, 2026, before Recall Labs is liquidated in December 2026 and the foundation in January 2027, with the token burn expected shortly before the final liquidation in the first quarter of 2027.
