Ford Motor will announce its third-quarter earnings after markets close on Wednesday. LSEG analysts expect adjusted earnings of $0.40 per share and automotive revenue of $46.24 billion, representing declines of about 11% and 2%, respectively, from a year earlier. Investors will focus on the F-Series, particularly the F-150, whose production was disrupted by a separate supplier issue, falling from more than 57,500 units in August to fewer than 43,000 in September. Ford says the disruption can be contained within its 2026 guidance, which includes adjusted earnings before interest and taxes of $10 billion to $11 billion and adjusted free cash flow of $6 billion to $7 billion.
