U.S. equity futures were little changed on Tuesday evening ahead of Wednesday’s Federal Reserve decision and the technology giants’ earnings reports. S&P 500 and Nasdaq-100 futures were flat, while Asia’s major benchmarks posted gains. The Nasdaq Composite rose 1.2% in regular U.S. trading, led by Broadcom (+4%), Advanced Micro Devices (+5.5%) and Micron Technology (+2.8%), after the announcement of $63 billion in financing to buy chips and networking solutions leased to Anthropic. After Wednesday’s close, Alphabet and Microsoft will report earnings as Morgan Stanley’s Mike Wilson says the correction in artificial-intelligence-related stocks may be nearing its end.
