Bitmine Immersion Technologies told the SEC that its Ethereum holdings reached approximately 6.05 million ETH on October 26, 2026. The company said it added 10,452 ETH during the week and estimated that its holdings represented about 4.95 percent of the circulating supply of ETH. Its cryptocurrencies, cash, marketable securities and other investments totaled approximately $15 billion, but that estimate can change with the price of Ether. It also reported that 5,227,037 ETH were staked through its MAVAN platform and staking partners, exposing it to rewards, operational risks and the protocol’s penalty mechanisms.Shareholders do not directly own a fixed quantity of ETH, however, and future filings can help distinguish purchases, staking rewards, price changes, financing and share repurchases.
