Databricks announced that its annualized revenue run rate has now exceeded $7 billion, following year-over-year growth of more than 80% in the second quarter. The milestone came alongside a $5 billion strategic funding round that lifted the company’s valuation to approximately $190 billion. Its annualized revenue run rate stood at $4.8 billion in December 2025, with growth of more than 55%, before reaching $5.4 billion in February 2026, with growth above 65%. Databricks attributes the acceleration to strong enterprise demand for its artificial intelligence products and data analytics platforms. The annualized run rate is nevertheless a projection of current revenue over twelve months, rather than an audited annual figure.
