Meta is considering creating a new class of non-voting stock to finance its artificial intelligence investments without reducing Mark Zuckerberg’s voting power. The company has not officially confirmed such an issuance. Meta expects capital expenditures of between $130 billion and $145 billion by 2026, primarily for data centers and other technology infrastructure.
