The COMP token rose 22.46% in 24 hours, driven by renewed trading activity after an extended period of decline. Spot trading volume surged 975.2% to $143.8 million, futures volume jumped 1,523.12% to $243.02 million, and open interest more than doubled to $37.85 million. This surge in leveraged trading also increases the risk of liquidations if the price fluctuates sharply. Exchange-held COMP reserves rose 21.42% to about $32.8 million, although the figures do not demonstrate an equivalent increase in token deposits. Technically, COMP reclaimed the $21.31 support level and reached $25.95, but a confirmed break above the $30 resistance would be needed to extend its recovery.
