Axis Robotics launched the $AXIS utility token on Base on October 10, 2026 to encourage the decentralized collection of robotics training data. Before the launch, the platform had produced between 5.5 million and 7 million trajectories with the help of more than 200,000 contributors using a train-to-earn model. Each valid contribution is recorded on Base with a unique identifier, guaranteeing its provenance and ownership. The project also sold 10 million tokens for $0.10 each between September 21 and 28, 2026, and secured $12 million in seed funding led by Hack VC.
