Starknet’s STRK token surged 210% in four weeks, including a 122% jump between October 8 and October 11 to reach $0.1232. Network activity peaked on October 11 with 2,823 active addresses and 1,166 new wallets, before dropping 63% and 81% respectively by October 13. The price fell nearly 30% after its peak. The ten largest holders own approximately 7.09 billion tokens, their highest combined balance since April, while 127 million tokens, representing 1.7% of the circulating supply, unlocked on October 15. This rally appears driven by Starknet’s plan to become a Layer 1 blockchain with quantum resistance by 2027 instead of remaining an Ethereum Layer 2.
