Bitcoin rebounded to around $81,900 on Friday, October 16, after dipping to $79,806 the previous night, failing to break its $80,000 support despite the liquidation of nearly $1 billion in positions. Major whales accumulated approximately 60,000 BTC between $80,000 and $86,000 since late August, providing lasting support for the price, while US spot ETFs saw net outflows of $261 million on Wednesday. The next major event is the Fed decision expected on October 28.
