According to Censys’s 2026 State of the Internet Report, AI-related infrastructure exposed to the public internet surged 63% in nine months, growing from approximately 183,000 to over 294,000 public IP addresses. These addresses expose 43 different AI and LLM tools. Two platforms stand out for their rapid growth and elevated risk: Langflow, which grew 169% and contains 18 vulnerabilities, 14 rated above 8.0 on the CVSS scale, and LiteLLM, which increased 97% and suffers from an actively exploited pre-authentication SQL injection vulnerability (CVE-2026-42208). Companies are deploying AI tooling faster than they are securing it, creating opportunities for attackers leveraging known, high-severity flaws.
