Ripple has minted an additional 19.6 million RLUSD tokens via its treasury on Ethereum, bringing recent total mints to 38.6 million. Three separate burn operations totaling 50.6 million tokens were executed on the XRP Ledger, resulting in a net destruction of 12 million tokens. RLUSD currently has a market cap of approximately $2.42 billion according to CoinGecko. British banking giant Standard Chartered has launched institutional custody services for RLUSD on the XRP Ledger from its Dubai branch, and is exploring a partnership with Ripple and LMAX Group to use the stablecoin as trading collateral for institutional investors.
