DeepSigma, a new decentralized exchange for real-world asset derivatives, has launched a demo allowing paper trading of perpetual futures across 77 markets, spanning US equities, indexes, commodities and Treasury yields. Built on the Cypherium blockchain, the platform addresses gaps in traditional brokers, which may restrict trading outside market hours or by jurisdiction, and crypto-native exchanges, often lacking liquidity and tools suited to traditional financial assets. The leadership team includes alumni from Goldman Sachs, Citadel Securities, Google and Uber, with the project designed from day one around US regulatory frameworks. DeepSigma plans to offer no-expiration perpetual contracts using funding rates, oracle-based mark prices and an order book, with cross-chain collateral support including USDC from Ethereum and Solana.
