The cryptocurrency-aligned political action committees affiliated with Fairshake reported a combined $2.7 million in media advertising spending to support pro-crypto candidates for the US House of Representatives. The beneficiaries include Representatives Pete Aguilar ($512,000), Josh Gottheimer ($500,000), Tom Emmer ($76,000), and Glenn Thompson ($73,000). Fairshake, funded by Cantor Fitzgerald, Coinbase, and Ripple Labs, had $122 million in cash on hand as of August. The organization plans to endorse 32 additional House candidates and allocated at least $30 million to oppose Senator Sherrod Brown’s election in Ohio. All targeted candidates voted for the Digital Asset Market Clarity Act in 2025, a digital asset regulatory bill that passed the House but failed in the Senate.
