Aptos has launched a suite of AI tools enabling coding assistants to learn the Move programming language directly from its documentation, eliminating manual copy-pasting. At its core, the Aptos Model Context Protocol (MCP) server allows AI tools to call Aptos APIs and query on-chain data using natural language, with installation via a single npx command. The suite also includes standardized LLMs.txt feeds and Aptos Agent Skills covering secure Move V2 contract writing, comprehensive security audits and test generation with 100% coverage. Originally developed for Meta’s Diem project, Move prioritizes resource safety and formal verification. These tools aim to streamline developer onboarding by automating on-chain data queries and contract drafting while promoting secure coding practices.
