Gate has announced a partnership with Visa to launch a crypto-linked card in over 40 countries and territories. The card allows users to pay with digital assets, which are automatically converted to fiat currency at the point of sale, across Visa’s network of over 175 million merchant locations in more than 200 countries and territories. Over 160 stablecoin-linked Visa card programs are now live globally, with payment volume up nearly 200 percent year-over-year. Founded in 2013, Gate serves over 61 million users and supports trading across more than 5,300 crypto assets. The card integrates with Gate Money, Gate’s globally integrated financial services application.
