World Liberty Financial plans to tokenize the Trump family’s real estate portfolio and also targets oil and timber sectors, linked to its USD1 stablecoin. The tokenized real-world assets market surpassed $38 billion as of late September 2025. The Token2049 Singapore event, held October 7-8 at Marina Bay Sands, is sold out with 25,000 attendees expected from 160 countries, over 250 speakers, and 500 exhibitors, including Nasdaq and BlackRock.
