Trading on German platform Bitcoin.de remains suspended after the country’s financial regulator rejected its Markets in Crypto-Assets (MiCA) registration application. The decision prevents the platform from continuing operations in the European market. The MiCA regulatory framework is being progressively implemented for crypto asset service providers.
