Robinhood’s $25 billion crypto pile belongs to customers, not its treasury

Online broker Robinhood holds approximately $25 billion in digital assets, but these belong to its customers and not its corporate treasury. According to on-chain data from Arkham Intelligence, these funds are spread across roughly 1.7 million addresses on 12 blockchains, including approximately 185,185 BTC ($15.5 billion), 1.576 million ETH ($4.23 billion), and 30.434 billion DOGE ($2.86 billion). A viral post falsely claimed that Robinhood had added $25 million in Bitcoin to its treasury, but the company’s official filings show no such purchase. Robinhood’s actual corporate holdings amount to over $4 billion in cash, investments, and stablecoins, not Bitcoin. Arkham ranks Robinhood 10th among entities by visible on-chain crypto balances.
