Institutional credit marketplace Clearpool secured 97.16% community approval to migrate its native CPOOL token to the XRP Ledger under a new asset called CLEAR, scheduled for Q4 2026. The initial supply of the new token will be 1.125 billion, up from CPOOL’s one billion, with 70% distributed to current holders at launch. The protocol will permanently burn half of all fees collected by buying back and retiring CLEAR tokens on the open market. Ripple will participate in the pools as a limited partner alongside credit manager Cicada Partners and custody provider Hex Trust, with operations conducted exclusively in the dollar stablecoin RLUSD. CPOOL has broken out of a one-year accumulation range around $0.013-$0.020 to reach $0.036554, with resistance at $0.101003.
