Citigroup raised its twelve-month price target from $82,000 to $113,000, citing the return of flows to ETFs. On the derivatives market, 83% of options traded over twenty-four hours were bullish bets, with the $84,800 level now broken to the upside. Since January, these funds have posted approximately $1.07 billion in net inflows with over $100 billion in assets.
