The application is easy to use with a minimum investment of just 10 euros, providing access to over 1,600 stocks and 280 ETFs. The PEA has limitations: transfer of an existing PEA, scheduled investments, and PEA-PME and PEA-Young accounts are not available. The PEA is held in France by XTB’s Parisian branch, regulated by the AMF, with automatic annual IFU reporting.
