SharonAI Holdings, an Australian AI infrastructure provider listed on Nasdaq under the ticker SHAZ, secured a $356 million senior secured GPU-backed debt facility on October 1, 2026. Goldman Sachs and private credit funds participated in the deal, which is secured by the GPUs themselves and by cash flows from customer contracts. The fixed interest rate is 9.95%, with proceeds funding compute infrastructure deployments tied to existing customer contracts. The company’s customer offtake book is valued at over $8.8 billion, underpinning the entire financing structure. Over the past ten months, SharonAI has raised more than $2.6 billion in institutional debt and equity.
