After three consecutive months of gains, Bitcoin closed September up 6.33%, reaching a peak of $87,000 before stabilizing above $80,000. October has historically been the cryptocurrency’s strongest month since CoinGlass began tracking performance in 2013, with 10 gains out of the past 13 editions. Lacie Zhang, research analyst at Bitget Wallet, said Bitcoin’s median October return is around 11% to 14%, supported by ETF inflows and corporate buying, while high interest rates and inflation remain headwinds. She outlined a base-case range of $78,000 to $95,000 for the month, with $95,000 as the next major target if the $82,000 support holds. A decisive break below $80,000 would invalidate the seasonal bullish setup.
