Bitwise has launched its spot NEAR ETF on NYSE Arca under the ticker NRR, with an annual fee of 0.75%. In a 40-page research report, analysts Matt Hougan and André Dragosch estimated that the token could reach $562.81 by 2030 in an optimistic scenario, based on a SaaS valuation with a 50x price-to-sales multiple, provided the network captures 3% of the global AI agent market. NEAR currently trades around $4.99, but the report’s bearish scenario projects a drop to $1.63 if centralized giants dominate. The new ETF gives institutional investors a vehicle to bet on decentralization of AI control.
