The Compound Foundation denied allegations of misuse of its V2 reserves. Records show that 344,780 COMP tokens were used to increase the Foundation’s voting power ahead of a $52 million V4 budget vote. The proposal nevertheless had enough support to pass even without those tokens. This case raises questions about the protocol’s governance and the use of its reserves.
