Investigator ZachXBT has discovered that suspects in the $387 million Bitget hack sought help in public Discord and Telegram chats. One of these suspects is connected to the Kelp DAO hack. This public request for assistance suggests a lack of sophistication in the money laundering methods used. The diverted funds were partially laundered through these open communication channels.
