Lido DAO has completed its Aragon Vote #205 on September 21 at 13:45 UTC, approving a governance package that includes the LIP-37 execution delegation framework and a DepositSecurityModule v5 upgrade. The vote also includes operational-key rotations for Kiln and Stakely, and establishes a Deposit Reserve Target Easy Track mechanism with a 9,600 ETH ceiling under CMC oversight. These changes affect how Lido handles execution delegation, operational permissions and the management of ETH reserved for deposits. The proposal has already passed and executed onchain, giving node operators, delegates and users a clear new operating baseline.
