SpaceX completed the largest IPO in history in June 2026, pricing shares at $135 for a market capitalization of $2.05 trillion. The California-based company, listed as SPCX on the Nasdaq, now operates three segments following the absorption of xAI: space access with its Falcon 9 and Starship rockets, global connectivity through Starlink (12 million subscribers), and artificial intelligence with the Colossus supercomputers and Grok models. In Q2 2026, Starlink generated $1.66 billion in operating profit while consolidated revenue surged 91.9% year-over-year. The company holds $100 billion in cash against $39.4 billion in debt, but reported a net loss of approximately $5 billion in 2025. Analyst consensus remains predominantly bullish with an average price target around $216.
