BUZZHPC, the high-performance computing arm of HIVE Digital Technologies, has completed an integration of Nvidia’s silicon and software on its platform, cementing its status as an Nvidia Cloud Partner. The company aims to surpass 100 million dollars in annual recurring revenue for its parent company. In June 2026, BUZZHPC signed a three-year GPU cloud contract with Bell Canada worth approximately 220 million dollars, covering the deployment of 2,304 Nvidia Grace Blackwell GPUs. HIVE Digital Technologies raised 115 million dollars through a convertible note in 2026 to fund the expansion of its GPU cloud capacity. These contracts represent potential revenue spread over the term of the agreements rather than immediate cash.
