OranjeBTC (trading as OBTC3) has launched the Digital Yield ETF (ticker DIGY11) on Brazil’s B3 exchange, offering investors a target annual yield of 17% to 19% through preferred shares in US companies holding substantial Bitcoin reserves, with Strategy (STRC) accounting for approximately 95% of the fund’s initial holdings. Dividends will be distributed monthly in Brazilian reais, with a 0.90% management fee and total estimated costs of 1.30%. The product was developed in partnership with MarketVector (VanEck’s index arm), 3R Investimentos, Banco Daycoval, and Itaú BBA. OranjeBTC itself holds an estimated 3,700 to 3,900 BTC in its treasury as of mid-2026, making it one of the largest Bitcoin treasury operations in Latin America.
