Bitwise will close and liquidate its Dogecoin ETF, BWOW, less than 11 months after launching on NYSE Arca. The fund attracted roughly $700,000 in assets and recorded $1.23 million in net outflows, while rivals captured most category inflows. Remaining shareholders will receive cash after liquidation based on the Oct. 21 net asset value. The broader US Dogecoin ETF market has recorded about $12 million in cumulative net inflows, with Grayscale’s Dogecoin Trust ETF alone attracting $11.7 million. Dogecoin, launched in 2013, is the original memecoin and the 11th-largest cryptocurrency by market capitalization, with a market value of approximately $13.07 billion.
