Skyworks Solutions gained more than 8% saying its acquisition of Qorvo is expected to close before year-end. GameStop climbed nearly 3% after CEO Ryan Cohen purchased 1 million shares at $20.375, bringing his stake to 39.347 million shares valued at around $802 million. NuScale Power tumbled 14% after UBS downgraded the stock to sell and cut its price target to $6 from $10.
