U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs posted net outflows of $147.3 million over two consecutive sessions on September 8 and 9. On September 9 alone, withdrawals reached $100.7 million, more than double the $46.6 million recorded the previous day. Grayscale’s GBTC accounts for a substantial portion of the selling with approximately $65.5 million in outflows. Despite this setback, September flows remain firmly positive at roughly $622.7 million in month-to-date inflows following a particularly strong start to the month. Bitcoin has struggled below the psychologically important $80,000 level amid investor caution ahead of the Federal Reserve’s upcoming monetary policy decision.
