OpenAI’s GPT-6 Astra has claimed the top spot on Code Arena’s WebDev leaderboard with a score of 1,797, surpassing Anthropic’s Claude Fable 5.1 by 35 points, which sits at 1,762. The leaderboard, operated by Arena.ai, uses a crowdsourced Elo-style rating system with over 650,000 votes logged across 126 models. Both models are priced identically at 10 dollars per million input tokens and 50 dollars per million output tokens, with a 1 million token context window. GPT-6 Astra launched on September 3, 2026, and is available to ChatGPT subscribers as well as API and cloud partners.
