According to Cardano explorer Cexplorer, 131.63 million ADA remains delegated to retired or inactive staking pools. A total of 59,025 delegators are affected across 2,720 retired pools, preventing them from earning staking rewards. The funds do not disappear: holders must move their delegation to an active pool to continue earning rewards. Separately, Binance announced the gradual resumption of ADA withdrawals on the BSC network starting at 04:00 UTC on November 3, 2026. Meanwhile, Cardano node version 11.2 is available as a pre-release, while version 11.3 is expected to include Leios and the complete set of Dijkstra upgrade features.
