Elon Musk has announced that Grok 4.7 will be released in 10 days and will surpass all currently available AI models. The model runs on a 2.1 trillion parameter base, up from 1.5 trillion for Grok 4.6, and incorporates SpaceX company data through supplemental training. Grok 4.6 scored 61 on the AA Intelligence Index, on par with GPT-5.6 Sol Max. The release of Grok 4.7 comes as OpenAI also announced the upcoming launch of its new Astra model.
