During the week of August 24-27, 2026, the company purchased over 500 Bitcoin using proceeds from SATA, its variable rate perpetual preferred stock instrument, bringing its total holdings to over 21,000 Bitcoin, worth approximately $2.4 billion at current prices. The purchase price of Bitcoin in this latest transaction, approximately $116,500 per unit, was 37% lower than the previous batch acquired from August 17 to 21 at an average cost exceeding $73,409. SATA trades above its $100 par value and offers investors a variable yield of approximately 13% annually.
