GlobalFoundries has secured a new $1.5 billion revolving credit facility with JPMorgan as lead arranger, maturing in 2031. The semiconductor manufacturer is strengthening its strategic flexibility after prepaying approximately $664 million in outstanding term loans at the beginning of 2025. In the most recent quarter, the company held $3.3 billion in cash, cash equivalents, and marketable securities against total debt of roughly $1.1 billion. Second quarter 2026 revenue came in at $1.786 billion. This new facility represents a significant expansion of the previous $1 billion revolving credit arrangement.
