Users who created an account before July 21, 2026, will lose the ability to run SQL queries and will be automatically converted to read-only access unless they subscribe to a paid plan. The platform cites rising compute costs, as each query involves processing billions of transaction data rows across multiple blockchains. Two paid plans are available: the Analyst tier at $65 per month with 4,000 credits, and the Plus plan at $349 per month with 25,000 credits. This decision particularly impacts independent researchers, DAO contributors, and small projects that relied on free access for onchain data analysis.
