eToro has launched Happening, an application that automatically generates a structured summary of quarterly earnings for listed companies as soon as they are published, in just seconds. The tool covers major global financial markets, including New York, Hong Kong, London, Sydney and Frankfurt, synthesizing key metrics, guidance and stock price reaction. Built on eToro’s open infrastructure, through its public API and MCP protocol, this application is part of the App Store launched in April 2026 by the broker, which serves nearly 40 million users in 75 countries. This initiative is part of eToro’s strategy to transform into an open platform for developers, gaining an edge over traditional brokers. It also includes community features allowing users to discuss and vote on analyses.
