Crystal Palace has rejected a £50 million bid from Liverpool for Senegalese winger Ismaila Sarr. The London club is holding firm on their valuation of approximately €60 million, roughly £50 million, for their star player. Sarr, who arrived from Marseille for just €15 million in August 2024, scored 21 goals in 45 appearances during the 2025-26 season. Under contract until June 2029, the player has had limited appearances since the start of the 2026-27 campaign due to groin issues, but Palace does not appear to view these concerns as structural. Liverpool, having already failed to sign Yankuba Minteh from Brighton, finds itself with shrinking options just days before the summer transfer window closes.
